Here’s night 1 of KSC’s 4 night run opening for their buddies in Dopapod on their “Best Friends” tour.
Band felt good. Strong Lunar Dude Start. Stellar Marty Song too. Fizzles out into Wheel. Crunchy telephone with lots of fun rhythmic interplay and a cosmic peak. Double time whole tone section.
Crab Surprise plays on “Blue Monk” theme. Followed by a galactic drum break down.
“Porridge” and “Marijuana Timewarp” are the two latest singles of the 2024 singles project. Eli Winderman thinks he can add some sick synth parts to Timewarp. We’ll see what happens.
