"I travelled 700 miles and it was worth the 5hr layover in ATL. I was just thinking about maybe going for new years in as unserious way as one can. Then I stumbled on the archive.org recording from the year before and made my mind up on the spot. The crowd was on that recording wasn’t a group of random bar patrons. You could hear that they knew the songs and were there to see a band they love. The same kind of show I heard on Archive.org was there to greet me. Absolutely stellar show and a crowd of some of the finest people I’ve ever had a chance to meet that showed the hell up. Even in this soundboard you can hear the whole audience doing background vocals in Beat the Curse. We got the funkiest Off the Rails yet to be played that night and a Release that was so on time it might have saved a life or two. One of the best shows I’ve ever been to and it was in a retired service bay turned stage at the oldest brewery in FL. TRDL; Jimkata NYE Dunedin Brewery is a combination greater than the sum of its parts. Hope they do it every year and if you read this far I hope to see you there too. How will you know it’s me? You’ll figure it out soon as they crank up. I’ll be the one front and center losing my mind."
