*This was the first time that Motorbreath was played since June 8, 2006 at the Gelredome in Arnhem, Netherlands.
*This was the first time that Bleeding Me was played in Germany since November 19, 1999 at the Velodrom in Berlin featuring the Deutschen Filmorchester Babelsberg as conducted by Michael Kamen.
