CD & Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing nugs for your CDs and merchandise. We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Here's how we handle returns, replacements, and exchanges.
 

1. Returns for Refund (14 Days)

You may request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.

* CDs must be unopened and in their original shrink wrap (unless damaged or defective).

* Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective or we made an error with your order.
 

2. Replacements or Exchanges (30 Days)

We offer replacements or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if:

* The item is damaged.

* The wrong item was sent.

* There is a manufacturing defect.
 

For size exchanges (where applicable), items must be unused and in original condition.
 

If your item is confirmed as damaged or incorrectly produced, we will:

* Replace the item at no additional cost, or

* Exchange it for the correct item.

To expedite your replacement or exchange, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging before approving.
 

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange:

1. Contact us at help@nugs.net within the applicable timeframe (14 days for refunds, 30 days for replacements/exchanges).

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending items back.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

4. Shipping Costs

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

* We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
 

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

* Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

* Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

6. Non-Returnable Items

* Digital downloads or Pay-per-view concerts.

* Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

* CDs are only eligible to be returned if damaged or defective.
